Mascotte might be the most famous rolling papers in the Netherlands.
Mascotte rolling papers were invented by Frank Mignot (1919-2003). He found the solution to the WWII rolling paper shortage by producing papers at a bible printer in Limburg. These fine, thin papers becamse the first Mascotte rolling papers. Over the years Mascotte paper was further developed and perfected.
